Step into a beautifully designed new theatre space that brings you closer to the action. Be transported back to Kellerman’s resort in the summer of ’63 where Baby first meets charismatic dance instructor Johnny Castle and quickly becomes drawn into his world. Discover a fresh take on the beloved story, script and music with a live band and company of over 40 performers, reimagining the iconic tale and all your favourite moments - from Baby's memorable moment of "carrying a watermelon" to her heartwarming transformation and the unforgettable final dance that proves “Nobody puts Baby in a corner.” Featuring sensationally sexy choreography, that famous lift and the classic soundtrack of 35 hit songs including Hungry Eyes, Hey Baby, Do You Love Me? and the heart stopping (I've Had) The Time of My Life, played live. The Capital Theatre is situated in the heart of Westfield London served by four Underground stations within a few minutes’ walk (Shepherd’s Bush, White City, Wood Lane and Shepherd’s Bush Market). There is also paid parking available at Westfield London car parks.

Interview with Dirty Dancing’s Charlotte Gooch

Following a record-breaking run earlier this year, the hit musical Dirty Dancing is set to return to the West End from 21st January – 29th April 2023. Prepare to witness the heartfelt and passionate love story of Johnny and Baby, two young souls who meet during the summer of their lives and come together through the art of dance. In celebration of our exclusive Cyber Monday offer, we caught up with Dirty Dancing’s Charlotte Gooch, who plays Penny Johnson, a master of dance and Johnny’s former love interest. Charlotte trained professionally at Laine Theatre Arts and has since played roles in renowned productions such as Singin’ In The Rain, Legally Blonde, Flashdance and Strictly Ballroom. It goes without saying that nobody puts Charlotte Gooch in a corner!
